I first met Pete just under two years ago when he helped me to finally ride a bike at the age of 36. From the start Pete was patient, showed understanding and found ways to build my confidence helping me to achieve something I didn't necessarily believe possible. After a few months I came across Pete again when I began kettlebell classes. Again this was something I hadn't done before. Given my previous experience with Pete I knew I'd progress and had every faith in what he was teaching. Pete always puts his clients health and wellbeing first giving great instruction and ensuring that correct techniques are a priority which in turn minimises the chance of injury. His classes are both effective and enjoyable with the right mix of serious hard work whilst keeping it at a relaxed and informal level. Most recently Pete arranged a nutrition workshop at his new venture Total Rebuild. The lady that delivered the workshop had great knowledge and kept things interesting. With the help of Pete and Louise I now have the tools I need to ensure I'm eating in the right manner I just need to implement them to get the results. I cannot recommend Pete highly enough and will always be grateful for his help in pushing me closer to where I want to be. Health and fitness is a lifestyle and not a project and with people like Pete around maintaining that lifestyle becomes easier and more enjoyable."
