Pete @petesimon has been working in the industry for more than 20 years, and has a military background. Working with hundreds of people, Bath Rugby Club and Bristol Rovers Football Club has given him the track record and experience you can rely on. He specialises in general fitness and nutrition, kettlebell training and run coaching. He trains for running, multisport and obstacle course racing. Pete wants to reduce his marathon time and is currently focussing on the Spartan race series, aiming to get a regular age group podium spot.

Jacqui began working as a Personal Trainer in 1992 after finishing her degree in Sport Science and is now armed with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. She has a wealth of experience working with clientele ranging from young people, those returning to fitness after long term illness/injury and corporate fitness. Her goal is to complete an Ironman so trains either swimming, running or cycling or anything outdoors to avoid housework!

Pete @bruce_fitness has studied and worked in leisure and fitness for 19 years, Personal Trainer for 9 years, specialising in strength development, team conditioning, sports injuries and general fitness. Pete enjoys strength training and experimenting in various techniques to improve power. He endeavours to have another opportunity to compete at athletics at regional standard for the first time in 16 years.

BRYDIE

Brydie @brydiebruce is the latest team member to join #TeamRebuild After 17 years working in PR and Comms, Brydie is now working towards her Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, as well as a Psychology degree. Brydie is using her personal experiences to support clients to improve their fitness, strength, confidence and self-esteem. Brydie would love to run the London Marathon at least once in her lifetime.
