Fitness Classes

Individual class - £6 10 class pass - £55 Unlimited classes - £42 per month

Group Personal Training

Individual Programming (Personal Training)

Taking that first step on the road to a healthier and fitter you can be daunting. Luckily for you, our fitness classes allows you to get started at your own pace. It doesn’t matter how fit or unfit you are; you can begin your journey in a way that is suited to you. From there, you can build up your training and increase the amount of work you do as and when you want to. Your progress will dictate the rate of change and increase you experience when training. This means you will never have to take on more than you can handle or settle for less than you need. 

  • Energise - One for the early risers. Our class with higher intensity lifting and shifting. Expect to raise your pulse, reboot and get set for the day.
  • Strength - Suitable for any ability, this class involves Resistance training to make you strong, lean and efficient. Expect to lift heavy and be coached to do it right.
  • Shred - Our bodyweight class combining cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance training. Expect tough sessions that will build your character as well.
  • Kettlebells - Our signature class. Build incredible fitness, blast calories and get strong. Expect demanding exercise and a great atmosphere.
  • Cross Training - High intensity functional movement. Expect to lift bars, jump run and row.

Our Individual Programming Service is how we create confident, knowledgable clients that can trust in themselves to know how to stay fit and healthy for life.

At Total Rebuild the traditional method of personal training, having a coach stood over you counting your reps and "spotting" your work, is gone.

We believe in empowering you to develop yourself, knowing a coach is right there for you if you need them. The process includes: 

  • Strategy Session
  • Assessment (including body stat)
  • Comprehensive Testing
  • Coaching Consultation
  • Training 
  • Ongoing Monthly Consultations
